This December, the renowned Nordic distillery, Stockholms Bränneri, is making waves in Malaysia as it teams up with Gastro Sentral, Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur, to host a unique Gin Pairing Dinner on December 13, 2024. The event promises an unforgettable evening of gourmet flavours and artisanal gin crafted with Nordic traditions.
The evening kicks off with a welcome from Ravin, CEO of Craft Spirits Sdn Bhd, who will delve into the story behind Stockholms Bränneri’s renowned gins, highlighting their fusion of modern techniques with Nordic heritage. Guests will indulge in a four-course culinary journey, curated by Chef Sazli and overseen by Executive Chef Antoine. The carefully selected pairings with Stockholms Bränneri’s gins, including the signature Akvavit Gin and Dry Gin, elevate the dining experience.

Notable dishes include the Orange Lacquered Smoked Duck Breast with Foie Gras and Vanilla-Infused Pumpkin, and a Stockholms Sour Cheesecake to round off the meal. To add to the excitement, guest-bartender Chee Sun Chay will showcase innovative gin cocktails, ensuring a lively and festive atmosphere throughout the evening.
