Gastro Sentral at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur hosted an exclusive Stockholms Bränneri Gin Pairing Dinner, celebrating the versatility of gin in culinary creations. Crafted by executive chef Antoine Rodriguez and his team, the four-course menu creatively paired Stockholms Bränneri’s handcrafted gins with dishes featuring both Western and Asian flavors.

Highlights included dill-cured salmon paired with Akvavit Gin, orange-lacquered smoked duck breast complemented by a Negroni cocktail, and a Stockholms sour cheesecake served with an espresso martini made using Oak Gin. Each pairing showcased harmonious flavor profiles, leveraging the gin’s botanicals to enhance the dining experience.

Adding to the evening’s charm, guest bartender Chee Sun Chay presented four exclusive cocktails, elevating the night into a delightful exploration of gin’s culinary potential.
